BRP card not received 2020

Hey guys, I used super priority 24hrs services at solihul on 14/02/2020. And received email from caseworker same day that my application was approved. I received a letter within 3 days and I haven't received my brp card since then. I have use "BRP not received " option online and only received automatic response. Is everyone experiencing the same as me? Its so stressful. Any advice for me ?
