Hi guys,

I am applying for BRP replacement and got the stage of booking an appointment. I was under the impression that the biometric was included in the original price (£75.20) but when I was asked to pay (at least £69) to book biometric through Sopra Asteria.

Am I missing something here?

The £69 is the sopra steria service centre fee not the 19.20 biometric.
