Hello guys
Good afternoon to all. This is my first time to post but i have always read posts on this forum. I had applied for naturalisation since 3/9/2019. I did the application online but didn't receive any acknowledgement letter from the home office. I moved out of the address i used on the application after a month of applying. I wrote to the home office with a change of address update and the home office confirmed that my address has been updated on my records. About 3months later i had not received any acknowledged still, so i called and i was told that they dont send acknowledgement letter and that they will contact me with a decision.
I tried calling again after 4months for an update, i was told no information can be given because its still within the 6months timescale.
After 6months of not hearing anything, i contacted them and the case was escalated yesterday the 16/3/2010. Lo and behold
The home office responded and said a decision was despatched on the 5/11/2019 but i didn't receive anything.

My concern is i dont know what the decision is?
Ceremonies are yo be booked within 21 days of receiving an approval.
I have contacted them via an emails furthernationalityenquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk
Providing all detail .

That means its 4months since a decision was made but i had no clue.
I am terribly worried. Will be happy if someone with the same experience can advise me further.
After writing to them bia the email provided above, it says it will take 20 working days to get a response

Hi,
That's disgusting! They should let people know through email too when a decision come out. So much stress for you. I am sorry. Apparently many letters get lost.
