If you don't have children with your spouse, then no real route to switch into from within the UK. Any visa route you believe you would qualify for if you meet the requirements, you would have to apply from outside the UK.My first question is can I get another visa route. Like switch from spouse visa to another Category!! Because my wife doesn’t seems bothered about my situation now.
If you manage to extend your current visa and do divorce, there is no route to stay or apply for ILR if you are no longer in a subsisting relationship with the person who sponsored your spouse visa. Once the relationship breaks down, there is a form to complete to inform HO of this and your visa will likely be curtailed. My second one is can divorce affect my settlement here in the Uk after living 3 years I mean even if I get Further leave to remain Card. Will I be able to stay. ( in case we started the divorce process next year 2021).
