Can I myself contact UK Immigration team and get my client name updated, Sponsor remain same (no change in Sponsor name?
I am on Infra Company transfer (ICT) T2 Work permit, received Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) in 2018 from Company "A" where I am permanently employed with. My Visa is due for extension (3 more years) in couple of months.
On Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) , My Sponsor is the same company "A" (no change) and Client name is "B" however I recently moved to Client "C".
My sponsor says they missed to inform Home office about change in Client name from B to C so they may lose the sponsorship license. They have asked me to leave the country, though I am due for extension of Visa (3 years) but they are not letting me do that.
Can I contact UK immigration team myself and get Client name updated from B to C? If yes, what is the process?
