FLR(M) extension and used of LISA as cash savings

Hi

Could Lifetime ISA (LISA) cash savings be used for financial requirements for FLR(M) visa extension?

Withdrawals from LISA accounts are allowed but but 25% charge is deducted against the government bonus.
