How to cancel Spouse Visa - URGENT

Hi. I just want to know how shall I cancel the Spouse visa? Me and my husband, we are not in a marriage anymore and got divorced. I'm at my home country so

1. what is the procedure to cancel it and who shall I write?
2. what documents i need to send?
3. shall I write to my home country UK embassy or need to write UKBA directly?
4. is there any email address?

I'm British Citizen and my husband in on dependent visa.

Also we are not in UK at the moment, we are his home country so shall I need to tell his country UK embassy as well ?

It all depends on the divorce settlement agreement. This is also not an immigration related matter.

When it comes to property, money, kids... a divorce is not the end but a beginning. If you have intricate financial matters with your husband, you probably need to consult a specialist because the immigration status of the husband won't change these.

Unlikely you will know. You have done what is required. Nothing more you can do.

If the spouse visa holder is not in the UK, the visa is usually cancelled.

No there is no number you can call to 'chase them'.

There are bigger things being dealt with by HO at the moment!!
