Tier-1 Dependant can work before????

Hi all,

Can some one help me on this topic.
I am an Indian National working and residing in France, and planning to apply for the Tier-1 General visa in Oct- 2008. My wife will be applying for the Tier-1 Dependant visa.
Now I am worried about only this 3 question

# My wife intends to accompany me as a dependant, so is it possible for her to apply for the visa with me and more importantly to come to the UK with me?(We can fulfill the dependant visa criteria and maintenance requirements)

# What kind of work-permit will she hold? Can she find and do a job of her qualifications in the UK? Does it necessarily mean that she can work only when I have a job or she can find a work irrespective of my job conditions?

# Is it possible for her to find a job first in UK and then later on I join her when I have job in UK?

I would be very glad if some can suggest or help me on this topic!!!!!!!

2. Tier1 Dependent Work Permit. If she is well qualified and has skill set which is in demand in UK then she should be able to find a job. She can work irrespective of your job condition
