HSMP extension dependant query

Post by jazzmann » Tue Aug 19, 2008 5:16 pm

Hi All,

I switched from work permit (WP)to HSMP and was stamped the HSMP on sept 06 approval letter for may 06.

I am compiling the application for HSMP extension under JR but my dependant( youngest kid ) born in the UK in Jul 05 and did not have passport at that time I was switching from workpermit to HSMP in may-aug 06.

Now that I am applying for extension I have got his passport from the embassy( blank of course and with no visa ) and I was concerned if Home office can make this the basis of refusal as not applying for the kid's dependant visa while I was switching HSMP extension and the kid does not have a valid visa .I have just got the passport after a recent application to the local embassy.

Does any one have the form/s that was to be filled in may-sep 06 please, I would be grateful to have a copy of those forms please message me.

Was there any section that required declare of all dependants ( kids and wife ).

Big oversight on my part but need to know what is the best way to proceed.

Also appreciate feed back from other's that know or have gone through of similar situation to know how it was handled and what the outcome from the home office success/ refusal?

Thanks for your quick help. my family is together and reading through these notes assures me that the issue is unlikely to cause a rejection
