[Covid-19] Visit Visa Over Stay.

I am Indian Citizen and have a long UK Visit Visa (Expiry Mar/2023) arrived in UK Nov/2019 but stuck with travel restrictions border closures. As per the guidance maximum allowed stay is 6 months which will be end of this month. I don't see any information in the home office guidance published for my situation, the guidance published is if your visa about to expire and will be extended until 31st May. But my situation is overstaying visit visa condition.

Also I am 69 years old with existing medical conditions self-isolating and worried to travel during this times.

Could anybody please advise ? Anybody else in same situation ?
