chaange of sponsor after issue of COS

I would like to have some advice on UK immigration law. I am an international medical doctor living outside the UK. I got my first job offer from an NHS trust and they have issued a COS for applying for a tier 2 visa. meanwhile I got a better job with another NHS trust and I would like to take up this job. Is there any legal implication if I refuse the first job after the issue of COS.Will the first sponsor be able to cancel the COS? will my professional registration be affected?

The first CoS needs to be withdrawn and cancelled before you can be assigned another CoS.
