Retained Rights of Residence application or Pre-settled status

hi all

I am Non-EU citizen recently got divorced from my EU ex. I qualify for retained rights of residence. Currently I have Residence Card of a Family Member of a union citizen which will expire in 2014. I have not applied for pre-settled status yet.

Do i need to apply for retained rights of residence first or just directly to pre-settled status?
