Tier 2 General extension documentation

One of my friends is looking for some sort of article which gives list of documents, evidences he need to submit for tier 2 general visa extension.

Can someone help in the regards?

hey the document don't seem to be covering any address proof related evidences.

have they been waived off?

Address proof is NOT required if only you applying, it never has been a requirement. Evidence of cohabitation and subsisting relationship is required if you and a partner are applying for tier 2 and tier 2 dependent visas.
