Tier1 Exceptional Talent - Change of Address and/or new Passport

Hi,

I have received a exceptional talent visa in July 2019. I would value the view of this forum on following queries:

1. Change of Address: I will be moving to a new flat within London. So what is the process to notify Home office of this change. I search on this forum and i am bit confused by either filling a MCC form or update online ?

2. Both of my dependents passport will expire in next two months. So whats the process to update Home office on this ?
