Switch from Visitor Visa to Tier 4 Study Visa inside UK

Hi there,

I'm an Indian citizen, have done a master degree from a UK university 2 years ago. I left UK before my study visa expired.

I am now in the UK on a visitor visa from last February. Since there are no flights to India due to covid-19, my visa is extended automatically couple of times, now it is valid until end of August

I found a MBA course in the UK university who provided offer letter, and I paid tuition fee as well. Just wondering if I can switch to Tier 4 visa from my visitor visa inside UK or I should leave UK and apply from India?
