workpermit experience clash with HSMP app.

Hi,

I am planning to apply for my brother HSMP, currently he is in workpemit. he is planning to ask his old employer to specilist role like technicl team lead.

but, while appling for workpermit he has already mentioned as senior analyst programmer.. will the home office check the workpermit records or only verify the hsmp supporting documents...


Please help kalimani and others.
