Tier 2 Dependent Extension, main applicant applying for ILR

HI,

I am on PBS Tier 2 dependent visa and it is expiring in 2 months (5/4/2019 - 15/10/2020).
My husband has applied for ILR visa and is waiting biometric submission. I have few questions/suggestions

1. Should i apply for my extension now or wait for his ILR?
2. In case, his ILR is taking time, if i apply for my extension, i am asked his BRP number...Would that affect my application (Since that BRP is about to expire as well)?

Just looked at you other post and most likely your husband will not get his decision before October, so you must apply before your visa expires.

At least keep everything ready & submit and pay fee on 13th or 14th Oct. They will decide your application once your husband's application is processed/approved.

Once he gets his ILR you may need to send the case worker additional info/cover letter about ILR approval. Senior members may be able to guide better, so look out for their advice.
