I am currently in UK working on Tier 2 General Visa sponsored by employer . I am in mid of changing my job.
The next employer has issued a CoS where start date was mentioned as 24th August and application was submitted on 10th August with this CoS. Since there are no appointment available from UKVCAS at this point of time and I could not resign from my current employer, I would like to ask whether this start date can be changed to future date?
If this start date can be changed then to what duration? At some websites I read it like 28 days but during this COVID-19 times, it seems hard to predict and I also need to serve 30 days of notice with current employer.
I am bit worried , so please help on it.
