How to contact caseworker?

Hi Guys

My wife submitted a tier 2 dependent visa application on 7 June 2020. She then got an email from the HO case worker on 15 June asking her to send him the marriage certificate, which she did the same day. Since then we have heard nothing. She got an invitation to re-use her biometrics in August and she submitted everything through the IDV app on 30 August.

We are still waiting for a decision and it’s been more than 3 months. Do you know if there is any way to contact the case worker directly? His name was in the email that my wife received on 15 June but there was no contact no. What should we do in this situation?

You can try replying to caseworker who mailed you about the same as he or she would be probably nearer to the situation on your case.
