Ukvcas pbs dependant extension appointment

Hi,

My Wife has applied pbs dependant extension on 4th September 2020 and does not heard anything about biometrics reuse or new appointments. Does anyone is on the same boat? It seems Ukvcas flash messages are contradicting which says they have sent email for customers registered upto 11th September.

Any thoughts would be helpful.
