US Visa stamping

hi
I applied for my US H1-B visa last year and recd it by November, but due to some commitments i could not go for the stamping. Its been almost 8 months when the visa was issued, but in the visa it says its valid till 2010. so my question is can i still go and get my visa stamped before it expires

any help is appreciated
