If you applied ILR via Tier 2 and not LR, your dependent will need a PBS extension (assuming dependent does not qualify for ILR yet). Dependent MUST apply before visa expiry irrespective of if you have got your decision or not. Add a cover letter and mention your ILR application details with the dependent’s application. Dependent’s application will only be successful if your ILR will succeed. But dependent must apply before visa expiry.
