I have just completed and submitted the Set (O) form and I believe I have answered the question "Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?" incorrectly. I put No as my answer.

Is there any way I can change or amend?

What should I do as the only other place I have lived was in my country of birth before my arrival to the UK?

Add a cover letter and upload it along with your other documents mentioning that you mistakenly mentioned no to that question and provide that from birth to certain date you lived in your home country.
