BRP COLLECTION PROBLEM

Hi all,

I arrived the UK from Nigeria with my wife on 4th Nov,2020 on a Tier 2 Health and Care visa, and partner Visa respectively. After self isolating for 14 days, we went for BRP collection at the named post office and our BRPs weren't there. We have regularly checked with the post office and registered complaints on GOV.UK having filled the collection problem form twice with no response or updates asides from an automated reply email of being contacted within 5 working days.

Please anyone knows what we can do as our vignette sticker would soon expire by January 2021. I'm very anxious and would appreciate advise that can help in resolving this.
