Appropriate skills details for the New PBS Work Visa (From Jan 1st 2021)

Dear Team,

As per my knowledge, there are 20 points given for "job at appropriate skills"

How it will be considered as appropriate skills for an applicant ?
Is it based on education/job experience ? For example I have completed my graduation on electronics & communication but I have been doing the job in IT industry from last 10 years.

Could you please let me know, Am I eligible to get 20 points here ?

Your job being offered by the sponsor must fall under one of the acceptable codes.

Thank you, Does that mean are we eligible to get 20 points irrespective of the graduation courses if the job fall under any of the mentioned occupation codes ?
