Please help me here on the absence limit issue where i am not sure.
Will apply for my wife's ILR application(PBS Dependent 5 years route). I become British citizen in the meantime.
Please advice how many days maximum she can be outside UK to satisfy ILR requirement ? Not sure about the 180 days absence rules, please provide bit detail idea about this 180 days rule.
One more question, what is continuous 12 month period to calculate absence?
She got her PBS dep. visa on 10/04/2016, came uk 07/05/2016.
** no absence till next extension
Her Tier 2 (General) Dependent extension was given on 29/03/2019.
Absence: 20/11/2019 - 01/01/2020
