Skilled Worker Visa Query

Hi,

I have query regarding the importance of Visa Category and Address in UK on TB Certificate.

Applying for Health and Care Visa which is under Skilled Worker Visa category. I chose to mention Health and Care Visa on TB certificate while CoS mentioned Skilled Worker Visa. Similarly dependent visa category I chose was 'Health and Care Worker Visa - Dependant Spouse' but as per new guidelines dependant Visa is 'PBS Dependant Partner'.

Will this be problem for my Visa application approval?

Also we got the TB certificate done post confirmation on employment. We provided UK address as Head office of my employer mentioned in the offer letter. However CoS has mentioned my primary work address as another branch. Should I get it changed or it won't matter.

I have couple of queries as below -

1. Regarding English Language proficiency, I obtained the UKNARIC certificates.

a. NARIC letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or Masters degree or PhD in the UK
b. Confirmation from UK NARIC that your degree was taught in English
c. Certificate of qualification proving English language requirement

I have a. and b. from UKNARIC. What should I provide for c.? Degree certificate or anything else?


2. Reg fund maintenance, I have sufficient funds for myself and dependants in both home country and in UK bank account. While filling the application I chose both these statements and have them ready for biometric. UK account savings is from my previous stay in UK. Do I need to submit anything else along with UK bank statement ?
