My spouse came to UK on Spouse Visa and her visa is going to expire at the end of this year.
Which visa do we need to apply for extend visa? Is it FLR (M) visa?
Currently, I’m in Armed Force and I’m wondering if extend visa is FLR (m) or not.

When I checked the guidance of FLR(M), for which applicant must use FLR(M) form, it was written like this
“ As the partner of a serving member of HM Armed Forces under Appendix Armed Forces of the Immigration Rules. You must complete form FLR(AF).”

So, is it FLR(M) or FLR(AF) to extend the visa?

2. Do I need item of correspondence if I have to apply FLR (AF) form?

3. If I need item of correspondence, then are this list enough? I am going to apply visa at month of November 2021 as my spouse visa expire in 24/11/2021.
