Hi, One of my friend is British Citizen and he has to apply for the ILR Visa for his wife this month. He is unable to meet financial-requirement as he was made redundant in Oct 2019 and since then he wasn’t able to get a job due to COVID. He was paid 20 thousand during redundancy(Oct 2019). Both he and his wife are unemployed and they have minor children who are British citizens.
Could someone please help what would be the best way of applying ILR or any alternative VISA.
