NOC format for Joint Account holders (Maintanance)

Hi,
Me and my wife are applying for UK Tier 1 (General) visas independently. We both qualify for all the requirements independently too.

We have 2 joint accounts. with sufficient funds in each (both hold 3,50,000+ each)
I have seen a comment earlier that mentions a NOC from the joint holder.
I get it, I would have to give a NOC on one account to my wife & she would have to do the same for the other

I'm unable to get this document (NOC) format anywhere
Can anyone help me on this ?
