PBS Tier 2 ICT Dependants of ILR Main Applicant

Hi Team,

Please help me to understand what visa option I have for my dependants...

Main applicant has been granted ILR on Long Residence Route.... Dependants are still on PBS Tier 2 Dependant visa which will expire mid 2021. They are in the country on the current visa since 2019.

What are the options they have ? Please advise..

1. Can they extend their PBS Tier 2 Dependant further ? - This looks bit cheaper
2. Or the only option is FLR M (SET M) - Spouse Visa ? - This looks expensive

1. No they cannot because you got ilr based on long residence.

2. They have to switch to FLR M, your spouse must meet the English requirment and you must meet the financial reauirement. This roite resets their ilr clock to zero and a new 5 year period of 2 X 2.5 year visas before they can apply for ilr. Note that SET M is for ilr after 5 years on 2 X FLR M.
