Pls Confirm Exchange Rate - Sept 25 2008

Hi,

Planning to apply tomorrow from india. Can I proceed with Exchange Rate as Rs.85 against pound as i am close to the threshold limit as the rates are varying in the money markets. It has almost crossed 86 during the day in Oanda.

Is it safe to keep 85 as the base rate until BHC declares the rate change.
Pls confirm or let me know where i get to check.

See the rate on the day you are apply in oanda site (if possible take a screen shot)...and calculate as per the rate....

Today the Rate moved to 85.60 and I returned back from VFS office as i am losing by a narrow margin. My 3 month criteria can be met next month 26th where the mimum amount will see me through. Will wait,,,
