ILR for Spouse with prior ICT visa

Hi,

I am a British citizen. My wife came to the UK in 2015 on Tier 2 ICT visa. We married in 2019 and in 2020 she applied for the spouse visa which she received.
My main question is when can she apply for ILR? Does she need 5 years residency? Does her residency with ICT visa count toward that 5 years?

Yes. Or 10 years long residency ILR if she reaches that first and meets the requirements.

No it does not.
