AN online application mistake

Dear members,

I submitted AN online application 3 months back and waiting for decision. Now I realised that I made a mistake for the following question.

Do you have a previous visa, entry clearance or leave to remain where you had to prove your knowledge of English?

I answered NO instead of YES. I thought ILR is not Leave to Remain and didn't submit any such for EC or LR for Tier2 Partner before that.

I have submitted NARIC certificates for English language requirements. Also, I have given details about my ILR and attached the ILR decision letter as well.

Please let me know how to proceed. I am not able to reach the home office contact numbers. Please let me know whether this would result in rejection as deception.
