Eligible for HSMP visa after working for 6 months in Uk

Hi ,

I am currently working in UK. I am here on Dependant Visa with my husband who is on Work Permit.

I have been workign here for 6 months now & have a salary of 30,000£ per annum.

Do I qualify to apply for HSMP visa?
