Applying EEA family permit while in the UK on a visit Visa.

Hi everyone, hope you can help me. My husband with Polsih Passport wants to sponsor my mother who is from none EU Country. She arrived here on 19th of October 2020 on avist visa and because of flight cancellation and this situation at the moment. Can she apply EEA FAMILY PERMIT? Thank you.

After Jan 1 2021 you cannot use EEA FP route anymore for parents in law.
Your mother got a wrong visa last year... should have applied for EEA FP not visitor visa.

Now she must go back to PH and apply for EUSS FP.

There are flights available between UK and PH.

You can apply for your mother using EUSS with her visit visa, if there is prove to support that she was financially dependent on you and husband.

I guess applying for EUSS while on visitor visa was only possible till Dec 31 2020

Also if her mother had been granted visitor visa it means she had to show substantial assests in the bank.
How such person can be financially dependent ???

She didn't have a substantial amount on her bank account but me and my husband sponsored her

She didn't have substantial assets in the bank, me and my husband sponsored her coming here with sponsor declaration form. we declared there as well that we paid everything for her to come here.
