Tier 2ICT to skilled visa for another employer

Hi

My current Tier 2 ICT visa BRP is expiring in April, My current employer has filed an extension for one more year. The new extended BRP would take 8 weeks (normal processing time for tier 2 ICT extension).

In between, I am expecting an offer from another company who has agreed to sponsor for skilled visa. Could I apply for skilled visa from another employer while my tier 2 ICT visa is in progress?

timelines

today- 20/03/2021
Tier 2 ICT visa employer 1 expiring - 5th April 2021
Tier 2 ICT extnesion for employer 1 expected by - 20th May 2021
Employer 2 offer expected- 15th April 2021
Employer 2 COS expected - 15th April 2021.

Would Appreciate any response.

The latest COS overrides the older one. Thats what I understand. So if Skilled worker issues a COS and ICT empoyer extends with new cos, the latest one becomes valid.

If you get Skiller worker sponsorship then dont go for ICT extension. you must notify your ICT employer.
