Delay in acknowledgement letter and BRP

Hello Everyone,

I and my mother both submitted our biometrics late August 2020 in Croydon, my mother have received her acknowledgement letter and BRP mid November 2020, and the issue date of the BRP was early November too. However, to this day I am still waiting for mine, my legal representative said she will reach out to them a month ago and I contacted our local MP and they have sent a follow up to Home Office around 2 weeks ago.

I understand everything is delayed right now but I submitted my biometrics together with my mother, and got delayed further 4 months right now. I am not sure on what action I can take beside waiting for my legal representative and MP.

If you have any insight and what action I can take while I wait please let me know.
