Hello,
I have been rejected for British citizenship 2 years ago in January 2019 as I had been caught in an accident in April 2018 and had been given 10 points on my driving license by the UK court in April 2018.
Home office good character rules say I won't be eligible for citizenship until 3 years from the date of crime. (or date of court decision?). However, the 10 points on my driving license have been removed now.
my question is, Should I wait for 2 months more, to complete 3 years of conviction (the date court convicted me was June 2018). or am I eligible to apply for citizenship is in April 2021 or June 2021?
