Urgent travel while waiting for ILR decision

Hi all. I applied for SET (M) ILR in Dec 2020 and I'm awaiting the decision (priority service was not available). My mother has fallen ill back home and it is likely I need to travel. I have tried to contact the Home Office with no luck. Can someone advise if they have been through something similar and what they did? Thank you.

Do you have current visa validity?
