Switch from T1 Enterpreneur to Spousal if visa is refused?

Hi All and the very helpful mods,
I would like if someone can help with some clarity on my situation.

I was on a T1 Enterpreneur visa which expired on the 22nd of March 2021 i had the intention of switching to a spousal visa as i planned to get married before it expired however due to the pandemic, my wedding kept getting camncelled and postponed and the only date we could finally secure is the 24th of April.
The Pandemic also affected my business and i couldnt meet some of the requirement to extend on a T1 visa.
I have put in an application for an extension on the T1 enterpreneur visa with the intention of switching to a spousal visa if it denied, will there be any obstacles in switching if this happens?

I am a bit worried that my wedding ceremony is holding after my visa has expired even though the notice of intention and all other protocols were observed when the visa was still valid and the HO might use it against me.
