Help please: Tier 2 Dependant Extension

Hello Everyone,

Could you please help me?

I came to the UK under the Tier 2 (General) category and then got ILR in 2018 and British citizenship in 2019.

My wife came under my Tier 2 (General) dependant visa in 2017 and now will need to apply for an extension to her visa in the next month.

What are my options?

Will she be able to apply for an extension under the new Skilled Worker Dependant extension category (as Tier 2 general doesn't exist) or will she need to switch to another category?

She's been here only for 4 years so she's not eligible for an ILR yet.

Your advice would be much appreciated!
