FLR Online Application Help Required

Post by maneesh4438 » Mon Jul 12, 2021 4:53 pm

I have been in UK for alst 7.5 years and was on PBS dependent visa. My Husband recently got his ILR and my PBS dependent visa will expire on 18th July. I am applying for FLR visa. I am confused was I am suppose to seleect for below questions. Can anyone in this forun help me with these question

Q1 - Is this the first time you have applied for a partner route, or an extension, with your current partner (including as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner)?
Answer : - No, - I have selected No as I have applied for PBS dependent visa around 4 times in least 7 years or should I select Yes for this question

Q2 - Please choose the reason you are applying for an extension, this includes if you are switching to a partner visa from another type
What Option should I select from the below list of options
a) First extension as a partner (following an initial period of entry as a partner, or as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner of a settled person)
b) Additional extension as a partner
c) First application as a partner from within the UK (for example, you are currently in the UK on another type of visa or permission to stay)
d)You delayed your travel to the UK by more than 3 months after the issue of a visa and have not yet completed the required amount of time on a partner visa (not including as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner)
e) You require more time to meet the Knowledge of Language and Life in the UK requirements to apply for settlement
f) You were granted entry as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner, but have not yet married or entered into a civil partnership
g) You are applying for any other reason

1. The answer should be YES. This is the first time you are applying under appendix FM as a partner of someone who is settled while your previous leave was under PBS which is a different rule to appendix FM.

2. C because this is the first time you are applying under appendix FM as a partner.

Did your partner got his ILR under long residence ?
My opinions should not be constituted as an immigration or legal advice.
