Try Self assessment > points-based calculator. I am able to find Manipal University listed:
Country of study State Qualification Institution Length of course Subject Grade Year of award Points awarded
India Karnataka Master's degree Manipal University 2 years or less than 3 IT / Computer Science 2008 35
Else,
Tier 1 (General) of the points-based system - policy guidance wrote:65. For academic qualifications, if the applicant cannot find details of his/her qualification on the points-based calculator, he/she may still wish to claim points for it. If so, he/she should contact UK NARIC directly for an assessment of the level of the qualification and, if UK NARIC confirms it is of the required level, obtain a letter and/or confirmation certificate from UK NARIC. Contact details for UK NARIC are on its website at http://www.naric.org.uk. UK NARIC may charge a fee for confirming qualifications.

What about http://www.naric.org.uk/

Will they approve this degree as a master degree or not.

Points may be claimed for full-time study under Previous earnings. However, once you have completed your course, I would have thought that you may claim points under Qualifications?

You can claim 35 points for your masters degree. You have to look for "Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Technology and Sciences". Select state as Sikkim.
They do not care if it is part-time or full-time.
