tier1 processing times from bangalore, India can you help?

Hi
Has anybody applied for their Tier1 in september either from bangalore or chennai?
Has your visa been processed in 15working days? Any idea on the timescale?
I have made my application on 20/10/08.

I already have a dependant visa for the UK and need to get back to my job by the first week of november.

I am really worried as some people say it can take 3months for the visa to be processed .

Any information you can provide I would be greatful.

Your situation is almost similar to mine. I have wp dependent visa, came back from UK to Chennai to apply for Tier1.
I applied on 06/10/08 from Chennai, got a call from integra for verification on 09/10/08 (not sure about this date) and they confirmed that they called my HR. I have been mailing BHC and only reply I have got from them is that my application is still pending decision. I need to go back to UK on 3rd Nov, hope I get it by them.

Thanks for replying. I had applied in july aswell . Have been here ever since. I have lost my job now. My visa application was rejected as vfs told me to show maintenance funds of gbp 800 as i was already settled in the uk and also said shares and mutual funds were accepted. And only on 1 day my balance fell to 2699gbp and they rejected it without accepting mutual funds or shares. ever since they have changed rules. I hope you hear from them soon. Keep emailing BHC as my last application took 3months.

Thanks. When your initial application got rejected, what happened to your wp dependent visa, did they cancel that as well? or is it active?

thats still active. they cannot cancel visas.

your new application will not affect your existing visa if rejected.
