Skilled Worker Visa - Change CoS Start Date after Visa Application Complete

Hi,

My company issued a CoS for me with certain start date. We later agreed on a Work Start Date around 35 days later, and I got my Skilled Worker Visa Clearance (vignette) to enter UK around then (32 days later).

However, they later realized that the work date should be a max of 28 days after the date on the CoS, meaning that my vignette allows me to enter 4 days after the max period. They didn't make a note of this on the CoS before the Visa application.

Would it be possible to either:
- Change the Start Date on the CoS at this stage?
- Start working remotely before the 28th day and then arrive 4 days after? Would this be considered valid?
- Re-issue a new vignette on the same Visa but with and earlier start date?

Any other suggestions to fix the situation?
