RE: Family Visa for Wife and Infant (Child) – Outside Of UK (Pakistan)

Dear All,

I am a British Citizen living in the UK, currently preparing the “Family Visa” applications for my Partner (Wife) and a Child (Infant) from Pakistan (currently residing in Pakistan) under “UK Family Visa” category as listed below:

1. Appendix FM Partner (For Wife Visa Application)
2. Appendix FM Child (For Child – Infant Visa Application)

I have following Questions, if someone can answer, would be grateful.
1. Is it correct to apply individually for both applicants via separate applications? Please advise.

Question regarding Online Visa Application - Forms:
Appendix FM Partner - Spouse Visa Application Form - Online:
1. “Date you plan to arrive in the UK” What will the possible answer, any idea?
2. “Why you do not live with your Partner”?

Appendix FM Child - Child (Infant) Visa Application Form - Online:
1. How long have you lived at this address? (Child is less than a year old) Dates required with min. 2 years of addresses (which is not possible in this situation)? Any advise.
2. What is the ownership status of your home? (Rent it? Own It? Others?) Any suggestion.
3. Give more detail about your living situation? Such as who you live with and who owns the property? (it’s our family house)
4. Does anyone rely on you for financial support? I BELIEVE, IT IS “NO”.
5. Why your mother and father not live together? Any advise…..
6. “We may have to talk to you about your application, which language would you prefer to use? SERIOUSLY!! – Child has not started speaking yet…….Any Clue to answer this? ENGLISH???
7. How much your Mother and Father spend on living every month? (I am in UK and she is in Pakistan) what to answer? In ££££££’s
8. Letter of Consent from parent(s) – Where to download this consent form and what is in there?

Question regarding Supporting Documents/Information:

1. Is it necessary to submit the extra evidences (proof of marriage relation) along with the application documents for example; whatsapp chat records, Remittances records, marriage photos, Stupid tickets, visits details? I am including the following to justify the relation is genuine!) Please advice;
i. Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
ii. Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC)
iii. Child (Infant) birth (computerised) certificate (Computerised) and
iv. B-Form

2. Is it enough to submit UK NARIC Certificate (to meet the English Language Requirement) as part of my Spouse (wife) application with the Degree Certificate (In English)? My Wife has obtained UK NARIC Certificate (with English Language Band B1) – Ecctis (UK Visas and Nationality Services).

3. Do I need anything else apart from the information below:
I am a salaried Person at a Permanent Position with Annual Gross Salary is £45,000/-
I am providing as a sponsor person to Support my Family Visa Application with the following:
i. Most recent 6 months Payslips with Bank Statement (Salary Account)
ii. HR Letter – Confirming my current employment, Position and Annual Gross Salary
iii. Employment Contract – Offer of Employment.

4. Is it enough to provide the following:
i. Tenant Contract (Agreement) from (Private) Landlord and NOC (of 3 bedroom house) – I am currently residing since last 3 years (June 2018 Onward), Is it enough for Couple and an Infant?
ii. Proof of Address – GP letter
iii. Proof of Address – Driving License

Anything else I need to supply along? I am paying lump-sum rent (payment) with everything included i.e. No utility bills, council tax on my names……

Please kindly advise, if I have missed anything?

Many Thanks in advance for your help support and advise

Kind Regards,
