It starts coming to light that recent Tier 1 applications, including those under the HSMP Judicial Review have significant difference in processing times: a noticeable percentage is decided within 10-12 days (i.e., about 2 weeks), another sizeable chunk is processed in 23-25 days (i.e., almost 4 weeks).
Has it emerged at all in anyone's shared experience (friends, colleagues, etc.) what may be causing such a difference? If this is understood better, perhaps future applicants could prepare along the lines that facilitate faster processing.
I know some applications take (much) longer to process, but those are obviously somewhat special, therefore get considered on an "individual" basis.
