Family Visa for my wife and daughter from Pakistan

I am trying to complete my wife's spouse visa application online but I couldn't find how to apply for my daughter with her. Can you please tell me how it works?. Do I need to apply for my daughter separately?. She was born in the UK while my ILR application with HO but now I got ILR. She is currently with her mother in Pakistan. Is it possible to registered her as a BC from Pakistan or do she need to come to the UK first before apply on 'MN1' from the UK. I know income requirement is 18600 pounds plus 3800 pounds for 1 child. I really appreciate your reply. Thanks.

You can apply for her as British on form MN1 from abroad. It can take up to six months for approval and a British passport after she is British could take up to 12 months.

Or you apply for a visa separately.
