Visit visa financial sponsor living in a third country

I am a house wife dependent on my husband's income. I would like to apply a 2-3 week UK visit from India. My husband live and work in Singapore. He would join us in the UK during the visit, but he would need to apply separately from Singapore. Would he be able to sponsor the expenses of my UK visit with his Singapore bank details/savings and employment details?
